Dr. Haggard has been serving South Orange County for over twenty years, with patients in Lake Forest, Portola Hills, Foothill Ranch, and Mission Viejo, as well as many long-time patients who continue to drive from surrounding areas.

Professional Care

Dr. Haggard received his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Brigham Young University in 1981 with a minor in Spanish, and his dental degree from the University of the Pacific in 1984. Learn more >
